This pan is too light.  The bottom buckles and twists.  I used this to slow-cook a roast the first time and sprayed it with cooking spray first.  I cooked the roast at 325 without using the rack.  The roast was fine.  The pan was not.  I thought I would never get it clean (in fact I never really did).  Grease and frond stuck to the pan like glue.  Back to using foil for me.
